Sponsors + Exhibitors

Join as a Sponsor or Exhibitor!

The International Trails Summit, hosted by American Trails and the Professional TrailBuilders Association, is the best way to demonstrate that your company or organization is a leader in the trails and outdoor recreation industry.

Your brand will be seen by thousands of agency, government, business, academic, and nonprofit outdoor recreation leaders across the U.S. and abroad through our website, native mobile app, social media, email marketing, printed materials, and advertising impressions.

Onsite, you will have exclusive, dedicated access to 900 attendees, 120+ speakers, 60+ other exhibitor booths, and multiple channels of outreach.

All exhibitors are noted as sponsors of the event but not all sponsors choose to exhibit.

Exhibitor Details

Cancellation Policy: View the exhibition terms and conditions for cancellation policies for sponsors and exhibitors.

Registering Staff: Exhibitors receive at least one registration depending on level purchased (allowing you access to sessions and meals provided). For all included registration(s), you will receive a separate email on how to register within the exhibitor portal. Any additional booth staffers must register as an attendee (they will be offered a 30% Additional Exhibitor discount). We will send a separate email on how to register booth staffers within your exhibitor portal.

Donate Raffle Items:  Please consider donating an item or gift basket to the raffle to bring more recognition to your organization! We will hold a raffle during the Happy Trails Hour taking place in the exhibit hall on the second evening of the Summit for attendees to have the chance to win some fun giveaways. Each attendee will receive one complimentary raffle ticket with their registration. Raffle items can be anything—trail/outdoor related or not—from gift certificates to products or services, small or large—the sky is the limit! We have had outdoor clothing/gear and wine/beer baskets to park benches and vacations/hotel stays or even something as simple as some swag with the donor’s logo on it! Email summit@americantrails.org if you wish to donate a raffle item!

Exhibitor Kit: View the Exhibitor Kit for complete details on exhibitor options. Any additional items not included with your exhibit booth (as noted above) must be purchased via the decorator or convention center (more details to come once decorator confirmed), including internet/wi-fi, electricity, extra tables/chairs, TV monitors, etc.

Tech Talks: Exhibitors can propose to have the opportunity to showcase their products and/or services via a “tech talk” and will be given access to a meeting room (AV included). These are 15-minute informal presentations that will take place on Tuesday, April 13 in the afternoon and Wednesday, April 14 all day. (We strongly encourage exhibitors to submit tech talk sessions; being an exhibitor does not guarantee a session.) Deadline to submit a proposal is September 15. Learn more and submit a proposal.

Fund an Emerging Trail Leaders Scholarship: Sponsoring a scholarship helps to foster and promote equitable access to the trail education at the International Trails Summit by breaking down financial barriers. Each sponsorship of $500 will assist with travel for one scholarship recipient and a $1,000 donation will assist with both travel and a full registration. Anyone is welcome to provide one or more scholarships! A scholarship can be purchased via our donation portal or can be added when you register for the Summit.

Payments: If paying via check, please make payable to American Trails and mail to PO Box 491797, Redding, CA 96049. We also accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Venmo, and ACH. Select Other payment option and we'll share an invoice with these additional ways to pay.
